Please review carefully the terms and conditions set forth below before using the Free-lance.am web site.

Note:

The term "User" refers to any person having access to the Site via the Internet.

The term "Employer" refers to User(s) registrered on free-lance.am as an Employer with a view to find a Freelancer in free-lance.am database.

The term "Freelancer" refers to User(s) registrered on free-lance.am as a Freelancer with a view to find /search for remote work in free-lance.am database.

The term "Performer" refers to "Genesis Studio" LLC (free-lance.am held by Genesis Studio, LLC)

General rules for Site Services

It is strictly forbidden to use the site services for:

• uploading, parceing, sendin, provideing any kind of information that is unlawful, threatening, offending morality, violating copyrights, propagandizing hatred and discrimination against people by racial, ethnic, sexual, religious, social groups , promotes the use of narcotic and other means that injurious to health;
• Posting links that contradict the current legislation of RA;
• mass posting /comments/ reviews/spam/ flood;
• Any kind of Advertising publishing, except the service provided at "AD with us"
• Publishing and promotion of pornography/erotics/advertising sexual services.

General rules for Registration

When filling out the registration form User undertakes:

• to provide righteous, accurate and complete personal data and keep provided personal information in his/her profile.
• to provide reliable Name, Surname that match passport data.
• to provide a valid e-mail address (a verification code will be sent on provided e-mail address).

Forbidden to use Login / display names / words / phrases that is offensive for other users.

Forbidden to use Login / display names / words / phrases that involve advertisement.

Forbidden to use Login / display names / words / phrases that may lead to misunderstood (eg, user names "Administrator", "_moderator_. * Admin *, etc.).

Warning! Login name cannot be modified later.

If providing false / incomplete information, site administration is entitled to cancel your registration.

General rules for User(s)

User(s) is eligible to place personal data/portfolio, post projects, evaluate and comment on the work of other User(s).

User(s) is eligible to change his/her the password without notifying Performer.

User agrees that User will not transmit information about other customer, obtained through the Site to th third parties.

It is strictly forbidden to place:

• Messages containing viruses / malicious code/serial numbers for commercial software products/programs, as well as logins / passwords and access to paid resources on the Internet, as well as links to the information mentioned above.
• Images/avatars containing scenes of violence/threats/obscenities/ pornography/discrimination/advertising.

General rules for Profile(Account) use.

It is strictly forbidden:

• to publish a work/project in the inappropriate category section. Work(s)/project(s) must be published in the relative Category Section. (eg, work/project considering Programming should be published in the Programming Category).
• The specified Specialization in the Profile(Account) should match User performing jobs specialization.
• to place images/avatars containing scenes of violence, threats, obscenities, pornography, discrimination, advertising in Profile(account).
• to place any kind of Advertisement in the Profile(Account).

General rules for Project(s) post.

Projects posting on the site free-lance.am is avalible for User(s) registrered on the site free-lance.am as an Employer.

Please fill in all specified fileds to publish a Project.

• It is strictly forbidden:
• to publish projects containing pornography /pornographic activity as well as advertising sexual services.
• to publish projects aimed to decompilation/burglary copyrighted software/products.
• to publish projects aimed to sell/advertise goods or services.
• to publish project in the inappropriate category section. Project must be published in the relative Category Section. (eg, project considering Programming should be published in the Programming Category).
• to publish project with aim to collect ideas from Freelancers. Projects involving a test task must contain the word TEST in the project description and should be the same TEST task for all Freelancers.

Free-lance.am Administration is not responsible for the content of posted projects.

Projects containing false information (such as seemingly random series of characters) or not corresponding to the General rules for Project(s) post, will be removed by site administrators without notifing the post holder.

Rights and responsibilities of the Administration

Site Administration is managing Free-lance.am web site. Manages services provided in the site, structure and appearance, permits and restricts access to the site.

The administration is not engaged in resolving disputes and conflicts arising between users, but reserves the right to terminate Users access to the Site if there are received motivated complains from other users of poor behavior on the site by a User.

In case of violation the Terms and Conditions, Administration has the right to suspend or block indefinitely Users access to the site. If there is repeated or gross violations of the rules of Terms and Conditions Administration has the right to remove the user account.
